If you are too lazy to go out or want to make a Kazandibi that you prepared with your own hands at home and is as delicious as the dessert shops selling delicious products outside, you will love this practical recipe. First, we prepare the pudding well, then we put it in a pan that we oiled and sprinkled with sugar. After frying it well on all sides over low heat, we have to be patient and wait for it to cool down. We put the cooled delicious Kazandibi on a plate in the form of rolls, just like in dessert shops, and enjoy it.
We're attaching the video below of this recipe, which is mouth-watering just talking about it. We hope it will inspire you, enjoy it on your dessert tables!
In a deep saucepan, mix the granulated sugar, flour, egg yolk and milk, which you add little by little, with a whisk until you reach a smooth consistency.
Cook this mixture over medium heat until it reaches the consistency of pudding.
Before removing from the stove, add the vanilla and stir until it boils once more before removing from the stove.
Grease the pan you will make the kazandibini in. Sprinkle powdered sugar on it and make sure it is evenly distributed.
Pour the pudding you cooked into this pan.
Turn the pan constantly to ensure it catches the bottom, so that it cooks evenly on low heat.
After making sure that the bottom is holding with the help of a spatula, remove it from the stove and let it cool at room temperature.
Leave the kazandibin that has cooled to room temperature in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
Before serving, remove it from the fridge, roll it out of the pan with a spatula and transfer it to a serving plate and enjoy it with your loved ones.
