Keşkül, one of the heirloom desserts from Ottoman cuisine to the present day; Thanks to powdered almonds, it is a practical dessert option that is lighter and lower in calories than flavored, fragrant and sherbet desserts. This recipe is much easier than you think. It is traditionally prepared with rice flour and powdered almonds. If you do not have rice flour, it is also possible to use wheat starch by reducing its amount slightly. If you wish, you can even add a few tablespoons of coconut powder and get a different taste.
