It is also the coconut's right to be happy. Although we sometimes see it in important roles in cookies , we have done it a little injustice by using it mostly as a coating, decoration, and sometimes even as a rescue material. That's why we wanted to please him by giving him a real leading role. We prepared our recipe with very few ingredients so that no flavor could overpower it.
First, we combined plenty of coconut with fresh cream, added some sugar to sweeten it, shaped it and froze it. Then we melted the chocolate of our choice and dipped it into it. We decorated it and put it in the fridge to serve it with tea or coffee. We left the recipe here in case you want to try it.
Knead the cream, sugar and coconut well.
Spread the mixture into a square baking tray lined with baking paper to a thickness of 1 cm and smooth it out well with the back of a spoon.
Leave the mixture in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour 2 fingers of water into a saucepan, place a glass bowl into it and melt the chocolate using the bain-marie method.
Shape the frozen mixture by cutting it into cubes.
Coat the cubes you have prepared in chocolate, place them on wax paper and leave them in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
Finally, decorate your chocolate cubes as you wish and enjoy.
