Now think of a cocoa cake . But it's not one of those puffy, fluffy cakes with a soft inside. It's not one of those that doesn't rise, but it's wet inside and has lots of chocolate. Imagine a cake that has a crispy crust on the outside and a moist, slightly runny consistency on the inside.

Sounds very nice, doesn't it? The name of this cake is Kladdkaka, also known as Swedish cake. It is quite simple to make, it just requires a little controlled cooking to achieve the consistency. The result is an outer shell that cannot withstand knife blows and a wet texture that becomes slightly denser as it cools. And a scoop of ice cream on top. Come on to the kitchen!
