Before the summer ends, cherry tomatoes with a strong visual appeal are added to the sauce that you will prepare with delicious and juicy tomatoes in season, and your basil pasta, which is full of tomatoes, comes to life in a short time.
Bon appetit in advance.
Pour water into a deep pot. Add olive oil and salt and boil to cook the pasta.
Transfer the spiral pasta to the boiling water and boil for 8-10 minutes, depending on your taste.
Grate the peeled tomatoes and garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes into four equal pieces. Separate the basil leaves to use when serving.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the grated garlic and tomatoes and boil the sauce for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and thyme and mix. Add the drained boiled pasta to the boiling tomato sauce.
Finally, add the cherry tomatoes that you have chopped to prevent them from falling apart. Cook for another 3-4 minutes without stirring too much.
Eat it cold or warm, as desired, with the basil leaves you have separated, and share it with your loved ones.
