Put all the ingredients needed for the meatball mixture in a mixing bowl.
Knead for 3-4 minutes to obtain a soft meatball mixture. Cover it with stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare meatballs smaller than walnuts from the rested meatball mixture and place them on a tray.
To fry the meatballs, heat the olive oil in a wide-bottomed pan over medium heat. Take the Swedish meatballs out of the fridge and fry them until they are well browned on all sides.
Take the fried meatballs out of the pan and place them on a tray. Reduce the heat to low. Do not strain the remaining oil in the pan, we will be using this oil for the sauce.
Add the flour to the pan and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the meat broth little by little, stirring constantly.
When the sauce thickens slightly, add the cream little by little and continue mixing.
Add the meatballs to the sauce.
After cooking in the sauce over low heat for 10-15 minutes, it is ready to serve.
Bon appetit!
