In the name of the power of colors! Did you know that when vegetables and fruits are classified according to their colors, each of them has different benefits?

If you haven't heard about the benefits of vegetables according to their colors, let's get you started:

Green vegetables not only help eliminate toxins, but also provide great benefits in reducing the risk of some cancers, maintaining eye health, regenerating muscles and bones, and having healthy teeth. Red vegetables have memory enhancing and anti-inflammatory properties. Yellow vegetables play a role in regulating brain functions and skin beauty. Orange vegetables are very rich in antioxidants and strengthen the immune system. Purple vegetables are like an anti-aging shield!

We wanted to benefit from the power of these vegetables, so we prepared a recipe with vegetables and chicken that is both light and looks like a rainbow. We left the video here, enjoy your meal!
