A recipe for cotton pastry , also known as soft pastry, as its name suggests. These puff-like pastries, sometimes prepared with pre-prepared filling and sometimes with empty filling, are a delicious breakfast food. We prepared them with potatoes and sun-dried tomatoes, but you can use any type of cheese you want or prepare hollow pastries to make mini sandwiches later.

Is there anything like a hot pastry fresh out of the oven? Let them rest for a short while, brew some tea, set the breakfast table and invite all your loved ones.
