While there are recipes that include potatoes or other vegetables, it can also be made from dried beans. However, today we will be telling you the simplest and most well-known one.

Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.
Sort the beans and chop them finely. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Put butter, olive oil and onions in a deep pot. Start frying by mixing.
Add the beans and fry for 2-3 minutes.
After sautéing the beans for a bit, add the tomatoes.
Mix well and add water to ensure your beans are cooked. The amount of water you add will vary depending on the type of beans you have. So add little by little.
Once the beans begin to cook slightly, add the rice, salt and spices.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients, close the lid and cook on low heat for another 10-15 minutes.
