The secret of this rice pudding is to use daily, fresh milk. Of course, you can use pasteurized milk, but the way to get this delicious taste is to use fresh milk. A second trick is to cook the rice in water until it becomes soft, without washing it. It is necessary to warm it after cooking. Otherwise, there is a high probability of them curdling when milk is added. If all this is done, it is time to wait for it to thicken slowly.
