Kemalpaşa dessert, which takes its name from Bursa's Mustafakemalpaşa district, is still produced daily and fresh in the district with the addition of cheese. Desserts , which are sold in packages with low cheese content and dried due to their short shelf life, are served with clotted cream , whipped cream or walnuts as desired, after swelling in boiling syrup.
