Put the margarine, yogurt, oil, vinegar, egg whites and salt in a deep kneading bowl and mix well.
Then add the baking powder and start kneading by adding the flour little by little. Knead until you obtain a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Divide the kneaded dough into two, roll out each piece to about 1 cm thick, and cut each circle into 9 triangles using a knife.
Place some feta cheese on the wide edge of each triangle and roll up.
