As you know, the weather has become cold. We need lots of recipes that will warm us up. Even though there are recipes that are warming, satisfying, nutritious and practical, wouldn't it be nice if we could prepare them immediately after returning from school or work and save the day with a single variety?

We found the solution in soup with meatballs and yoghurt. This recipe met all our expectations with its bulgur meatballs, plenty of yoghurt, and mint sauce. In fact, if the meatballs are prepared in advance and stored in the freezer, it can even become your favorite soup .
