This toast is not like the toast we know. Because instead of toast bread, we use slices prepared with potatoes and eggs and baked in the oven without adding oil. After frying the slices well, we place generously cut cheddar slices between them and put them back in the oven. By the time our tea is brewed, the cheddar has melted and our toast is ready to be enjoyed.
