Is there anyone among you who doesn't like pasta with lots of tomato sauce ? Since we did not think this was possible, we added chicken pieces to the sauce and prepared pasta with tomato sauce and chicken.

It's the weekend, and although the sun is shining, the weather is cold. Therefore, pasta has all the say.

Ingredients

tomato paste
fillet chicken breast
freshly ground black pepper
medium sized onion
medium size tomato
ground red pepper
twisted pasta

To prepare the chicken mixture that will give the flavor of the chicken pasta; chop the chicken breast fillet into large pieces.

Cut the onion into small pieces. Grate the juicy tomatoes and garlic, removing the stem parts and cutting them in half, using the fine side of a grater.

Heat the olive oil in a wide-bottomed pan. Sauté the finely chopped onion and grated garlic over medium heat until the aroma comes out and it reaches a light consistency.

Add the chicken breast pieces that you have cut into large pieces and continue sautéing over high heat until the chicken takes on color.

Add grated tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper powder, salt and freshly ground black pepper to the chicken sauce mixture and let it boil over low heat.

To boil the pasta, boil hot water in a deep pot. After adding salt, boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes according to your taste.

Take a ladleful of the pasta cooking water and lighten the consistency of the pasta sauce while cooking on low heat.

After draining the boiled pasta, transfer it to the sauce pan without rinsing. Mix the chicken pasta with the sauce and powdered parmesan cheese if desired and serve hot without waiting. Share with your loved ones.
