A cold-blooded sweet coffee parfait that will defy the summer heat. The biscuit particles and finely ground hazelnuts in the recipe make it full and consistent, the scrambled eggs in a bain-marie bind it together, and the whipped cream gives it a silky consistency. Afterwards, it is eaten spoonful or sliced with sifted Turkish coffee.
