Take the lean, lean beef nuar meat in a large and whole piece, season it with salt and pepper, and then seal it over high heat. You have two different methods in front of you. Boil or roast with root vegetables . We could not compromise on either method, we boiled the veal nuar with the support of root vegetables as well as onions and put it in the oven. The result was a roast beef whose taste lingers on the palate.
