As we move into the cold winter months, most of us complain about colds. The biggest cure for colds that affect our immune system is rest and of course nutrition. In these days when we should not miss vitamin C, which strengthens immunity, from our tables, practical, delicious and medicinal soups are becoming the food we need most.

Ingredients

butter
chili pepper
parsley

black pepper
tomatoes
vermicelli
lemon juice
liquid oil
salt (can be reduced or increased)

Follow the directions

Add butter and oil to the pot in which you will cook the soup and after the oil is hot, add the grated tomatoes.

Cook until the tomatoes have slightly absorbed their water and their aroma disappears.

Then add vermicelli, salt, pepper and water and mix. Cook on medium heat until it boils.

When the soup starts to boil, lower the heat and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Add parsley and lemon juice to the soup, cook for 5 more minutes on low heat, then remove from the stove and serve hot.
